Walk to School Permission Form

To participate in Walk to School Days, Pearsontown students must be accompanied by an adult or have a signed permission slip. Permission slips are only required when a student is unaccompanied by an adult. To download a permission form, please click here. Students should bring the completed permission form with them to the walk.
